Vegas • Baby!

I’m back and I had a great time in Vegas this week! I went out there for the Wedding & Portrait Photographers International Convention & Trade Show. Saw some old friends, met some new friends, got to listen to some spectacular speakers, see some great new products and view some incredible award winning photos. I learned some things and just got a little re-energized. Although I didn’t have very much extra time there this year, I did cruise down to The Palms to get inked again at Carey Hart’s shop…cool!! Only took a few shots…

One from the sidewalk of the Paris hotel where I stayed…and thankfully, no David Hasselhoff sightings!

This is from the BluDomain party at the top of The Palms in an unbelievable suite that included a full bar, pool table, plasmas everywhere and this bowling alley with some of the best photographers in the world showing off their bowling skills (or lack thereof!)…super cool. The good people at Blu know how to serve it up!

John • Carrie • Gra Go Deo

It was Love • St. Patty’s Day style last weekend! John & Carrie were married last Saturday at the Indiana Statehouse and held their reception at the stylish Terrace at Market Tower. Absolutely beautiful! What a great party!! Mark Beecher at Grapevine Productions rocked the house and kept the dance floor packed all night long! Here are a few from the day…

Inspired!

Color me inspired! A couple of weeks ago I got to hang out with some amazing photographers right here in Indy and learned so much! There were some great speakers on a bunch of topics and even some awesome shooting and lighting demos. It was so cool to meet many of these guys and gals for the first time and chat with a few shooters that I already knew. And I gotta tell you, the absolute highlight of my three days there was meeting and learning from Jessica Strickland…that girl’s stuff just flat-out rocks!

Tim • Beth • Married!

Check out my latest couple of lovebirds…Tim & Beth! They were married at Olive Branch Christian Church in Indy and partied the night away with their friends and family at the beautifully unique Mavris Arts and Event Center. These two also had the best table numbers ever…go Colts!! Jeremy at DJs Direct kept the party hoppin’ ’til the very end. Here are a few of my favs…
