Chi • Town!

I’m back! I’ve been in Chicago for the last few days learning from and getting to know some wonderful people who just happen to be great photographers! I attended sessions by Denis Reggie, Mike Colon, Me Ra Koh, Alison Bynum, Millie Holloman, and Sara France. I also had such a blast on Tuesday night with a ton of fantastic photographers as we went on a little shooting stroll through the city and had dinner at a Tapas Bar! Special thanks to Jill Douglas and all the others that helped put together our night out on the town! It was just so cool meeting everyone…and thank you Camille for being my dinner date and Kay, don’t even think about posting any shots of me!! :) Oh, and thanks to Kimberly, Jessica and Danielle for making the loooooong train ride back to the hotel so much fun! Here are a few of my clicks…

Cute girls with cameras…have I mentioned that I love my job?! :)

I don’t know who this idiot is!!

Under “the bean”…

My first time for Tapas…I dig it!

Vegas • Baby!

I’m back and I had a great time in Vegas this week! I went out there for the Wedding & Portrait Photographers International Convention & Trade Show. Saw some old friends, met some new friends, got to listen to some spectacular speakers, see some great new products and view some incredible award winning photos. I learned some things and just got a little re-energized. Although I didn’t have very much extra time there this year, I did cruise down to The Palms to get inked again at Carey Hart’s shop…cool!! Only took a few shots…

One from the sidewalk of the Paris hotel where I stayed…and thankfully, no David Hasselhoff sightings!

This is from the BluDomain party at the top of The Palms in an unbelievable suite that included a full bar, pool table, plasmas everywhere and this bowling alley with some of the best photographers in the world showing off their bowling skills (or lack thereof!)…super cool. The good people at Blu know how to serve it up!

Another one of my hotel.
